COVID Precautions

Our goal is to provide the cleanest possible environment for our staff and patients.

We continue to monitor and implement the recommendations from our Federal, State and local governing bodies. Based on current guidelines we plan to resume seeing patients in our Orange office. We will also continue to offer both telephone and video consultations for patients who are unable to come in or who prefer these options. We will be open Monday-Friday and are also available after hours and weekends to handle emergencies.

We will continue to do phone screening for COVID-19 symptoms prior to patients visiting and will not see patients with symptoms.

We are asking all patients to wait in their car until they are texted to come up to the office. This will allow us to minimize interactions during check-in/out as well as keep the total number of staff/patients in the office to a minimum.

Our staff will be screened daily and will not be present in the office if they have fever or symptoms. All staff will be wearing masks at all times in our office as well as observing distancing within the office.

All patients will be required to wear a mask or face/nose covering while in the office for the duration of their visit. Given the ongoing limited availability of PPE we ask that you provide your own.

For hand sanitization, we have both alcohol-based products as well as medical grade soap. Staff are required, and our patients are encouraged, to perform hand hygiene per health guidelines.

All contact surfaces in our office are sanitized between patients and throughout the day. We also sanitize each patient exam room following every visit.

We have recently installed 11 air sanitization systems with HEPA filters and UV lights that turn over the air in the office every 15 minutes to optimize the safety of our staff and patients.
