Finesse Plastic Surgery is a fee-for-service practice. All procedures are paid in full prior to surgery. To reserve your surgery date, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due two weeks before surgery.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and patient financing options such as CareCredit. Our team will help you explore the best payment plan for your needs, and we can walk you through the application process in our office or over the phone.
Most of the procedures we perform are elective and therefore not covered by insurance. This is true for nearly all plastic surgery practices in Orange County, especially those focused on cosmetic and revision breast surgery. Our goal is to be transparent up front so you don't waste time searching for something very few practices offer. Instead, we encourage you to focus on finding the right experience, expertise, and trust. The factors that truly determine your result.
There are a few situations where insurance may partially cover certain procedures, such as:

Tip
Our team can provide the specific codes you'll need to submit your claim and guide you through the process.
If you have breast cancer or a personal history of breast cancer, Dr. West sees patients through Saddleback Memorial Hospital on Tuesdays and Thursdays, where you can use your insurance for consultations and reconstructive surgery.
Many breast implant manufacturers, including Allergan, Mentor, and Motiva, offer warranty coverage for issues such as rupture or capsular contracture. These warranties often cover the cost of replacement implants and may include financial assistance toward surgical fees.
Our team will help you navigate these benefits to minimize your out-of-pocket costs.
